You can look up the even dial using HC Realms Units search: http://hcrealms.com/index.php?page=units
You'll need a 600 point Golden Age team (but no BFCs since there will be an event dial in play). You can also bring up to 400 points of "Reinforcements" which can cost no more than 40 points each.
Starting with the dial's tenth click, the following ability comes into effect:

REBELLION: At the beginning of each player's turn, that player must choose a character from his or her Reinforcements and put it into his or her starting area. Once the character enters the game, it is considered part of the player's force.

There's a lot going on in this event so I highly recommend you go check out the event dial so you'll be adequately prepared.
Since illness and work limited attendance to only Lura and I on the 16th, this event will instead be held in two weeks on the 30th.
